FAQ’S
Below are a few FAQ’s to help answer any questions you may have! Our goal is to be flexible and helpful, so if you have a specific request or have more questions we didn’t answer here, please Contact Us and we’d be more than happy to help!
Are the age groups listed on sessions mandatory to follow?
The Age groups listed for the class sessions are recommended ages to make registration easier for the actors!
You are more than welcome to register for classes outside the listed ages if:
If you have a time conflict and would like to attend the opposite session of your age listed
You are 18+ but play younger
Have multiple children of different ages but would like them to attend the same session
How many actors can I expect in the class?
We typically limit our class sizes to 15 actors max per session! We believe this allows for ample time for our instructors to give individual and personalized time dedicated to each actor.
However if different MAX size is listed on the registration page, this has been requested and accounted for by the instructor teaching the class! (This could be anywhere from 10-20 students, but rest assured it’s purposeful from the instructor!)
What If I need to cancel?
Depending of the event you are booking, we offer a $10 Cancelation Protection Add On!
This Guarantees you a full refund for the ticket price paid up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled event based on the protection purchased.
If you decline to purchase the Cancellation Protection and need to cancel- no worries! We’re more than happy to offer a store credit to be used for the same instructors next class that we will add you to automatically, if a notice of cancelation is given 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you do not attend the next event you are added to your credit will be canceled and void. Please understand our instructors are preparing for the class days in advance based on all registrations.
‘No shows’ without contacting our office will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

How do I know what to prepare for a session?
Durring registration, each instructors class page should list wether you can expect to receive scenes to choose from, or if you should prepare a scene you already have from home!
After registration, additional details will be sent closer to your scheduled workshop! (usually 2-3 days prior which simulates a realistic timeline to material given in a real audition scenario!)
This will include:
Scene instructions
Zoom Link / Registration
Any additional instructions for your specific class
What if my nerves get in the way or the Casting Director doesn’t like me?
Can taking classes hurt my career?
A bit of nerves is totally normal! However, our instructors are committed to creating classes that provide a safe, creative space to play and experiment with your craft! Think of your performance like a sport and the class is your gym! Using the opportunity to work out your skills will only make you stronger. (In other words, if you’re going to fail somewhere let it be in a class and not the audition room!)
Additionally:
Classes are for educational purposes only and by registering, you agree you are not seeking employment- so theres no pressure here anyways!
Experimenting and taking chances durring sessions can help you grow, but only you can put the work in! Instructors expect you to come prepared, memorized, and ready to take notes!
Feedback and notes will be given durring classes! This is not a bad thing! Embrace the notes given and use your performance time to take your craft to the next level by being willing to quickly adapt!
